We operate a 24/7 support team and uses a cloud-based portal to report and manage support tickets. Maintenance contract holders have guaranteed emergency response times with engineers onsite, in accordance with their service level agreements, to get their critical infrastructure systems operational.

Our remote monitoring services allows our support team to monitor your data centre’s systems round-the-clock. Alarm conditions can be immediately investigated and resolved to ensure data centre facility uptime is maintained. A follow-report provides detailed information on the event and highlights any potential points-of-failure or corrective actions required.
