Whether you need a system design, installation, custom build, tender document reviewed or support contract, our Projects Team is available to provide advice and a site survey, as required. Our services are designed to ensure you get the right monitoring solution for your application, configured as you need it to gather data and send automated alerts via Email, SMS, SNMP or a Machine2Machine protocol, report to a locally installed software platform or cloud-based monitoring service and watch over your systems and environment on a continuous 24/7 basis.

Design and Consultancy

Our Projects Team has extensive experience in the design, installation and support of remote environmental monitoring systems. We provide a free design and consultancy service and area always available to help you solve your monitoring problems.

This can include specification and tenders. Both their writing and review with respect to system proposal. We are also asked at times to review third-party proposals to ensure they do not have single-points of failure and provide a competitive alternative.

Installation and Support

Our project engineers cover the UK and we also work overseas. We provide a complete installation service which can include system preconfig and setup prior to despatch; especially for systems with specific logic requirements and mobile SIM configs.

When clients review a system from us they get free technical support during the lifetime of the installation and we often provide support via Teams and remote connection services should they be required.

Our support plans are designed to bring further peace of mind and include calibration service options which can be important witin certain industries for compliance reporting or just to ensure that temperature and humdidity sensors are calibrated. We also when on site check logs and ensure that notification and alert logic sequences are valid.

Panels and Enclosures

Whilst most systems are standard and ready for installaton, we also provide a build service where we can build your selected monitoring system into an enclosure or panel for you. We supply a packaged and tested system under our own ISO9001 quality management system, ready for site installation. The enclosure can be metal or plastic, to your preferred IP-rating. Off-the-shelf and custom enclosures are available.
