The Avtech Room Alert 4ER is a rack mount server room and data centre environment monitor to provide alerts via email, email to SMS or SNMP when data taken by the sensors trigger alarms. The device is has a plug and play Ethernet connections and is ideal for use as a single rack or small serve room monitor.
The Room Alert 4ER has a built-in web server, Device ManageR software and SNMP MIB. Room Alert 4ER has an internal temperature sensor and comes bundled with an external Digital Temperature Sensor. Further digital sensors and switch sensors can be added to expand the number of environmental factors to be monitored. The product also supports a direct connection of a Light Tower w/Audio or Relay Switch Sensor and is the only model to allow this without using a Light Tower & Relay Adapter (LTA).
