The Avtech Room Alert 4E server room and data centre environment monitors provide alerts via email, email to SMS or SNMP when data taken by the sensors trigger alarms. The device is designed for wall mounting or placement on a flat surface and has a plug and play Ethernet connections. The product is ideal for use as a single rack or small computer room monitor.
The Room Alert 4E has a built-in web server, Device ManageR software and SNMP MIB. Room Alert 4E has an internal temperature sensor and comes bundled with an external Digital Temperature Sensor. Further digital sensors and switch sensors can be added to expand the number of environmental factors to be monitored. The product also supports a direct connection of a Light Tower w/Audio or Relay Switch Sensor and is the only model to allow this without using a Light Tower & Relay Adapter (LTA).
