Why Do You Need Server Racks with Air Conditioning?
Depending on your space, a dedicated server room is not always an option. Servers and networking equipment often need to function in offices, warehouses, production environments and other locations where the surrounding temperature cannot be easily manipulated.
Air-conditioned server racks solve this problem by creating a more controlled environment around the equipment itself. Rather than cooling an entire room solely for the benefit of your IT hardware, which can be expensive and energy-intensive, cooling can be concentrated right on your server racks, exactly where it is required.
Air Conditioned Server Cabinet Service Contracts
Air-conditioned server cabinets require regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure they are performing at their best and meeting cooling requirements. Our Bronze Level Service Contract includes:

If a Service Agreement is taken out during the first year (within 3 months of purchase), the unit warranty will be extended by one year. Outside hours service and call-out visits are priced on application. Travel is included up to 100 miles from our service centre (at S60 1FB); after this, mileage is charged at a pence-per-mile rate. All parts (including consumables) and any additional repair labour are excluded.
In the event of a unit being beyond economical repair, and by this, we mean that the cost is greater than 50% of a new unit, we will offer you a replacement.
All service contracts for our server racks are priced on application.
