Customer Reviews and Testimonials
We monitor customer satisfaction as part of our ISO9001:2015 quality management system. Clients are invited to rate our performance and provide a testimonial if they want to. Reviews can be anonymous, and the rating system provides a good indicator as to the overall level of satisfaction we are achieving. Sometimes clients just email us as well.

This is an automated service we’ve been using primarily for online orders and the scores feed into the customer satisfaction monitoring metrics we record in our integrated management system (ISO 9001, 27001 and 45001).
