The APC Smart-UPS SRTL 3000VA/2700W is a rackmount/tower installation online UPS with communications ports (serial, USB and Ethernet) and a SmartSlot for network accessory cards. This UPS is supplied without a plug-in battery extension pack which can be added to the unit as packaged: See SRTL3000RM4UXLI.
The UPS incorporates patented green mode technology providing high efficiency at low, medium, and high load levels, has a built-in automatic and manual bypass to allow a seamless power transfer, and switched outlet groups to allow control of the UPS load outlets for cycling, sequenced turn ON/OFF, load shedding, scheduled time OFF to conserve energy and device reboot. An Emergency Power Off (EPO) function including normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contacts allows immediate for immediate shutdown of the UPS should it be required. The UPS firmware is flash upgradeable to allow for infield updates via the communication port or network management card (NMC).
