AKCP 4G External Modems can be connected to sensorProbe+ SP series monitoring base units to provide cellular communicationsm as either a primary or backup connection for SMS or email alerts as well as access to the web
UI or communications via VPN to AKCPro Server. Voice calls are also possible via a third-party email-to-voice-call gateway. An optional GPS antenna can be added for mobile asset tracking and monitoring or automatic geolocating static sites on maps in AKCPro Server software.
