Riello MSW Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)

The Riello Multi Switch (MSW) is a 16A automatic transfer switch that ensures redundant power for equipment connected to 2 AC input sources. If the primary input is disrupted, the load automatically transfers to the other.

Redundant Power

Distributes power from 2 independent inputs. These power sources can be 2 different mains supplies, 2 separate uninterruptible power supplies (including UPSs of different size or type), or a combination.

Protects Against Load And Supply Faults

In the event of a load failure, MSW automatically disconnects the sockets connected to the load. If either of the 2 input sources falls outside of tolerance levels, it automatically transfers to the second power source. If the sources are in phase, switching is almost instantaneous (less than 8 msec). Even if they are not in phase, transfer is rapid (less than 21 msec).
