The Server Room Environments quality management system forms part of our combined information management system (IMS) and is certified by the BSI to BS EN ISO9001:2015. The BSI is a UKAAS certified body ensuring that an ISO9001 certified company meets the highest standards possible.
Server Room Environments holds SafeContractor and SafePQQ certifications from Acumulus and the CHAS certification. The SafeContractor and CHAS accreditations demonstrates that the company meets specific standards in terms of health & safety, following a rigorous assessment of its H&S management system by an external auditor. SafePQQ also demonstrate that the company is a safe, ethical and sustainable business to work with.
Server Room Environments is a consultant specifier associate member of the ECA, the UK’s leading trade association for businesses and organisations involved in electrotechnical and engineering services design, installation, inspection, testing, maintenance and monitoring.
Server Room Environments is certified as compliant to the Cyber Essentials scheme by the BSI and and IASME Consortium. Cyber Essentials is a UK government information assurance scheme operated by the National Cyber Security Centre that encourages organisations to adopt good practice in information security. From 1st October 2014, UK Government required all suppliers bidding for contracts involving the handling of certain sensitive and personal information to be certified against the Cyber Essentials scheme.
As a supplier, installer and maintainer of air conditioning systems, Server Room Environments is on the F-Gas register and complies with the F-Gas regulations. The F-Gas Register is an application portal for the Quidos F-Gas company certification scheme, as appointed by the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) under the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2009. The F-Gas regulations were set out under EU Commission Regulation 303/2008 to contain, prevent and thereby reduce emissions of f-gas fluorinated greenhouse gases.
Server Room Environments is an Authorised Installer Representative Company name for the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) and Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS). This means that Server Room Environments can apply for grant assistance for individuals and companies as an OLEV approved charger point installer.
Server Room Environments is registered with the Environment Agency as a lower tier waste carrier, broker and dealer. The certification allows the company to move waste product from sites as part of our installation, maintenance and repair services, for example for uninterruptible power supplies, energy storage batteries and air conditioning systems.
Server Room Environments is registered with the ICO, the UK’s independent body set up to uphold information rights. The registration is a commitment to protect the data the company uses within its day-to-day business.
