Statement of Intent
Server Room Environments Ltd aims to provide competitive products and services which conform to customer, as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The Company is also committed to meeting industry codes of practice, relevant standards and applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities for this Policy
The Directors of Server Room Environments are ultimately responsible for this policy. It is the responsibility of the Directors and management team to ensure that all employees are suitably trained in Quality matters. This includes providing training as required and the maintenance of training records. The structure of the Quality Management System (QMS) is defined in the Quality Manual.

Commitments
It is the responsibility of Server Room Environments to ensure that all employees are suitably trained in quality matters. This includes providing training as required and the maintenance of training records. The structure of the Quality Management System is defined in the Quality Manual written to BS EN ISO9001:2015.
It is the policy of Server Room Environments to comply fully with all relevant legal requirements, codes of practice and to carry out all measures reasonably practicable to meet, exceed or develop all necessary or desirable requirements and to continually improve quality performance through implementation of the following:

  • The consistent supply of products and services that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
  • Continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the QMS by highlighting areas for improvements and responding to changes to statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Communicating throughout the Company the importance of meeting customer needs and legal requirements
  • Conduct Management Reviews of the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Management System
  • Ensure the availability of resources including equipment facilities, processes and procedures
  • Training all employees in quality matters in order to improve their performance

This policy is reviewed annually by the directors and management team or sooner if appropriate.
