Our SRE Trade-in Technology Program – How to get a Discount
Our trade-in program could save you up to 15% discount on a new device or system.
If you have an existing system and want to upgrade to the latest technology and features, why not take advantage of our Trade-in program. The system can be one we supplied or an existing system from another supplier or manufacturer. All we need is some basic information and we can work out your trade-in discount and new system price.
Technology Trade-in Process
Please use our enquiry form to let us know the following:
- The system you want to upgrade from including brand, model and part number, including an accessories. If you need us to arrange removal / decommissioning, please let us know
- The new product from our range that you want to upgrade to. Please let is know the page URL and any additional accessories you need
- Let us know if you need any further services including installation, extended warranty or a maintenance contract for the new system
It is as easy as that to apply for a trade-in discount. Once we receive your enquiry we will review and make contact with you a discount offer. We can arrange collection and any associated services required for decommissioning but these will be added to your quotation.
The SRE Trade-in program forms part of our customer loyalty and sustainability programs. Any systems we take back under the trade-in program are repurposed, donated or recycled with your agreement. Disposal certificates are available as required and free of charge.
Once approved we can send you a discount code to be used online or a discounted quotation for a new system.
