Supplier Framework Agreements
Supplier framework agreements are comprehensive, long-term contracts between buyers and pre-approved suppliers that set out the terms and conditions for future purchases (known as “call-offs”) for a range of agreed goods, works, and/or services. These frameworks simplify the procurement process by allowing buyers to make purchases without conducting a full tender each time, while providing suppliers with opportunities to secure business with agreed-upon terms for price, quantity, and quality. Server Room Environments works with a partner who can supply under several supplier framework agreements.
Typical products and services supplied by Server Room Environments under supplier framework agreements include uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), power distribution units (PDUs), generators, batteries, auto transfer switches, remote reboot devices, air conditioners, environmental monitoring devices, server racks and data cabinets and fire suppression systems, for use in IT, computer rooms, server rooms and data centre environments.

Crown Commercial Service Frameworks
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks are formal agreements between the UK public sector and pre-approved suppliers, setting out standardised terms and conditions for commonly purchased goods and services. They streamline procurement, allowing public sector organisations to buy quickly, cost-effectively, and in line with procurement regulations. Public Sector, Healthcare, and Government frameworks are pre-vetted agreements between public bodies and suppliers, streamlining the procurement of goods and services by providing a list of pre-approved providers and standardised contract terms. These frameworks are designed to improve value for money, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations for entities like the NHS, local governments, and education bodies. They also enable suppliers to bid for public sector contracts more efficiently, avoiding the full, lengthy tender process each time. Alongside the Crown Commercial Service accreditations, our partner also holds approved supplier status under the following additional frameworks, available to all UK public sector customers.
