FAQs - Data Centre Consultants

Datacentre consultancy services including audits, design, plans, refurbishments and migration projects.

DCIM stands for Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) and is a software package that brings together IT and building facilities functions into a common platform. The platform provides an holistic view of a datacentre and its operation in terms of optimisation and utilisation with the ability to drill down to a granular level i.e. at the server rack level.

Our projects consultants can provide general Cybersecurity advice for specific projects we bring in the required level of software and hardware expertise for the client. We take this approach because Cybersecurity is a specialism that is constantly developing to meet new threats.

This is a service our datacentre consultants can provide based on availability and the duration and location of the contract. A typical interim management project is from 3 months but we can also assist with shorter time periods to provide additional support on a day-rate basis. This aspect can provide a client with a third-party view for factory witness or site acceptance testing or commission or decommissioning of a data centre or critical system.
